As you are aware there are two locks on the main gate of Crab, Inc.  The larger of the two is to be used by the members and the other lock belongs to Gulf Power.  Inasmuch as they need access at any given time it is imperative that their lock is affixed to the Crab lock in such a way that if either of them are unlocked the gate can be opened.  The attached picture illustrates how the locks should maintained.

Also, as a reminder, when the gate is opened or closed it should immediately locked behind you.
