Membership in R.E.L.A. has several direct benefits to residents of Robledal and Oakhaven.

· By joining, you increase the membership of an organization that is working to keep your property values up and your neighborhood safe. The larger the organization the more influence it has with politicians and law enforcement officials.

· Your dues - a mere $15 a year - finance all of the R.E.L.A. projects. Without your financial support, nothing gets done and the community suffers from neglect and apathy. Your property value goes down.

· Right now the reason R.E.L.A. can’t improve the entryways, for instance, is money. Since a significant percent of residents have not paid their dues, there’s no money for improvements. If everyone paid, we’d have a $5,400 yearly budget – more than enough to greatly improve our public areas and increase our property values.

· Your membership gives you a vote, or say, in what R.E.L.A. does. You can influence how your neighborhood is cared for and protected. It is far easier to maintain high standards than to try to recover from a prolonged period of neighborhood decline and eventual blight.

· You get to stay informed in what is going on Robledal and how county and state agencies are affecting you. R.E.L.A. has representatives on boards that oversee and coordinate county and state projects that impact Robledal residents both financially and personally.

· In short, R.E.L.A. membership makes you a part of the solution and gives you a return far beyond the value of your $15.

Membership in the homeowners association is just $15 per year. We collect dues in January. Please send your dues to:
