New Robledal Entry Sign Construction

After nearly a year’s worth of effort, the new Robledal Entry Sign is now under way. Even the day before the footers were to be poured, I was up at the county work permit office with the contractor trying to iron out the final paperwork to allow us to proceed. That was all completed, notarized and duly recorded later that day and the photos below show the footers being prepared and poured the next day, 26 Jan 2005.

The holes for the sign and retaining wall are dug and the rebar cut and positioned.

The concrete goes into the holes.
